Villa Jakas is a newly built holiday house with swimming pool, spacious garden and private parking and a boat berth. It is located in a quiet cove, about 2km from the center of Prižba and all major tourist facilities and 30km from town of Korcula.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Prižba, summer holidays for larger group, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and boaters.

The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 persons and consists of a spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, and a large covered terrace with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea on the ground floor of the house. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. House have two spacious bathrooms.
Within the house there is a playground and entertainment room with billiards and table football.
The house is air-conditioned, has satellite TV, WiFi Internet.. and is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils for preparing and serving dishes.

Guests have on use a beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool and a 50m2 covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, umbrellas ..
The parking space is provided on the parking lot next to the house, and a berth for boats is on the beach in front of the house.
