Holiday house Žana is a beautiful stone house with swimming pool and an overwhelming view of the sea and the surrounding islands, situated on a hill above Povlja, on the island of Brač. Fisherman's house Žana is located in the olive grove above the town of Povlja on the island of Brač and offers accommodation for 2 to 4 persons. To the house comes a macadam road leading from the main road.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Povlja, summer holidays for a smaller group as well as for enthusiasts of recreational or robinzon tourism.

The accommodation capacity of the house is for two to four persons, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with an inside fireplace, 2 bedrooms with a double-bed, 2 bathrooms (toilet / shower), two small terraces with table and chairs and a large, covered terrace of 60 m2 with a beautiful panoramic sea view, seating set and deck chairs.
The house is air-conditioned, has Tv, WLAN Internet ..
As an eco - house, Fisherman's house Žana, is connected to solar energy, while the water in the house is mostly rainwater. The house also have a cold water supply.

Guests have at their disposal a plot of 4000 m2 which includes: an outdoor fireplace, a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the place, swimming pool (3 x 5 m, 17 m2, 135 cm deep) open from 1th of April - 05th of October, garden furniture, deck chairs, outdoor shower.. In the meadow in front of the pool there is a playground and there is also a small playground for children in the shadow of olive trees.
Parking for 3 cars is provided on the plot next to the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, pebble beach 3.5 km.
The host is not in the house, but if you need it we will always be at your disposal.

Povlja is a small tourist village on the island Brač in Split’s archipelago. It is located on the North side of the island, 10 kilometers away from Sumartin, a harbor where the ferryboat from Makarska docks.
Povlja counts 300 of permanent residents and a large number of vacation houses, holiday apartments and villas. It is a peaceful place, ideal for calm family vacation. Although, the ones in favor of active vacation, can easily find all kinds of amusement for themselves: diving school, rent a boat, surf equipment, sailing boats, scooters, sports facilities, along with arranged trips, will satisfy anyone’s vivid spirit.
