Apartments Perić offer comfortable accommodation at 350m from the popular sandy beach Rajska Plaža (San Marino beach) and the center of Lopar on the island of Rab. The apartments are located in a family house with a spacious garden, a mini playground and private parking. The house is located in a particularly attractive and peaceful location, in a quiet street, without increased traffic, 350m from the Rajska Plaža beach, the center of Lopar, sports and all other important tourist facilities.
Accommodation is suitable for a family vacation in Lopar, summer holidays for a larger group as well as for enthusiasts water sports and recreational vacations ..

The accommodation is offered in six fully furnished and equipped apartments with a capacity of beds for 2-3, 2-4, and 4-6 persons.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small living room, one or two bedrooms with a double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and balconies with table and chairs.
Apartments have air condition, TV, internet.. Parking space is provided.

Behind the house, there is a spacious garden where there is a mini-playground with slides, swings and a barbecue facilities and outdoor seating.
The yard is spacious, fenced and safe for children to play.

The largest and most famous famous beach in Lopar is "Rajska Plaža" (Paradise beach). It is a 1,5 kilometers long beach, along which are situated the most important tourist center capacity's, since 2003.
Rajska Plaža is a carrier of a "Blue Flag", international symbol of quality and preservation of environment and safety for the swimmers.
Paradise beach is especially interesting for families with children, older people and less proficient swimmers, but also for young people keen on sports and entertainment.
