Villa Val offers quality accommodation only 50m from the sea and beaches of town Krk, on the island of Krk. Villa Val is a newly built house surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden that provides decent privacy for its guests. Only few steps out of the garden leads you directly to the seaside promenade and 2 beaches. The first sandy beach is only 100 meters away from the apartments, restaurants and shops are within 50 meters, and there nearby there is a tennis court.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Krk, romantic holiday for couples, as well as for those who love recreational vacations and boating.

Villa Val offer accommodation in four apartments designed to accommodate two persons or a small family with one child. Apartments are designed for ideal comfortable accommodation of 2 persons, or a small family with 1 child. Each apartment carries distinguished name, and interior design details are in accordance with that. Apartments are all fitted with everything necessary even for long staying. The house has energy certification "A".

Apartment More (Sea)**** Designed for 2 persons, or family with 1 baby or toddler. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Apartment is consist of a living room with kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom, a small toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Apartment Olivia**** Designed for 2 persons, or family with 1 baby or toddler. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Apartment is consist of a living room with kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom, a small toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Apartment Lavanda**** This is the largest apartment of all, it is designed for a family with 1 child and 1 baby (available baby cot on request). 
This apartment don't have a sea view, it has a 22m2 terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery and neighboring forests. The apartment has a living room with dining area and a kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a terrace, a small toilet next to the room, a bathroom with a toilet.
Studio apartment Blue*** is located on the ground floor with direct access to the large garden, its own gate /driveway / parking.. This apartment is exceptionally well thermally insulated. In front of the apartment is a comfortable terrace with view of the garden, the sea and the old town Krk. Apartment Blue is designed for two persons only.
All apartments have air condition, Sat Tv, Internet. Parking place is provided for each apartment guests on the large parking space in the enclosed courtyard of the house.

The first beaches near the Villa Var are the Porporela Beach and the town beach which is a 2-3 minute walk away. Next to town beach, there is a tennis court and a pine forest. Near the apartments there are: Diving center, rent a boats, rent a scooters and bicycles. (in town Krk, there are several kilometers of bicycle trails)
Supermarket is nearby, as well as restaurants with quality gastronomy and offer.

Town Krk, is one of the oldest urban settlements in Croatia, although with population of a smaller town, Krk is definitely big on its historical richness. The ancient city of Krk, the old part of the town is encircled by walls which, together with the city's gates and fortifications define the inner city layout.
Beaches of town Krk offer entertainment facilities for guests of all ages, from renting boats and pedal boats to beach volleyball, playgrounds, tennis courts ... The confirmation of the purity and quality of beaches and sea waters around the town of Krk are even five beaches in town Krk and its surroundings which are carriers of a blue flag.
Island Krk with the mainland is connected by a bridge, it is surrounded by lush greenery and clear water offering an ideal destinations for a relaxing holidays.
Ježevac Beach is a public beach located next to the same named camp, located 10 minutes from the city center, and surrounded by pine forests and beautiful stones. You can choose between pebble and rocky beaches and swim in the crystal clear sea or try out in beach volleyball while your kids play in the children's sandbox. On the beach there are showers, can be rented sun loungers and umbrellas, there are also several catering facilities.
